1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ReturnLoop Nails platform, operated by Booking Butler Ltd (Company No. 16391467, registered in England and Wales). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The service

ReturnLoop Nails provides nail technicians and nail salons with tools to collect client reviews via SMS, showcase their work, and manage their professional reputation. The platform includes a dashboard, public review pages, SMS sending functionality, and downloadable review cards.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your profile.
  • You may not share your account with others or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Send unsolicited or spam SMS messages
  • Send SMS to individuals who have not had a genuine appointment with you
  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews
  • Violate any applicable law, including PECR, UK GDPR, or the Communications Act 2003
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform

5. SMS messaging responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to contact clients by SMS. You must comply with PECR and UK GDPR when collecting and using client phone numbers. We provide the SMS delivery infrastructure; we are not responsible for the content of messages beyond the template provided, or for your compliance with messaging regulations.

6. Subscription and payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to registered users.

7. Intellectual property

All platform content, design, and code is owned by Booking Butler Ltd. You retain ownership of your business profile content and portfolio images. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booking Butler Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
